- Team Leader — Earn a £50,000+/year base salary with additional bonuses and benefits. Join an existing team or be part of a new team start-up, maintain customers and perform the full
M.A.R.S. menu of technical services.
- Technical Specialist — Earn a £35,000+/year plus bonuses and benefits. Join an existing team and perform the technical work without direct customer relationship responsibilities while performing a sub-set of
M.A.R.S. services.

M.A.R.S. APPLICATION PROCESS
Our comprehensive seven-step application process has proven very educational and efficient and prevents mistakes in communication. Anyone who follows this learning process will be educated about this industry so that they can make a fully informed decision regarding which M.A.R.S. opportunity best suits themselves and their family.
- Step 1: Apply for any of the advertised positions through our online interview process. This step includes specific information to educate you on the opportunities that
M.A.R.S. offers.
- Step 2: If you qualify after completing the preliminary process, we ask you a few questions. We want to make sure you are the right person for this job!
- Step 3: In this qualification process, you will receive additional information about
M.A.R.S. and acceptance as a valid M.A.R.S. candidate if on completion you are moved to Step 4.
- Step 4: We exchange written information with you on our comprehensive business and employee compensation plan along with our sample business plan and
franchise prospectus. Plus, start your personal interviews.
- Step 5: You will complete thorough market research of your designated area to determine the potential for
M.A.R.S. services in your local area.
- Step 6: Participate in a field interview with an existing
M.A.R.S. Operator within driving distance of your home. During this interview, experience first hand many of the MIRACULOUS
M.A.R.S. TECHNIQUES that you will utilize to achieve the SUCCESS you have always wanted.
- Step 7: Come to Texas for an expense paid training course to become the next MAN or WOMAN from
M.A.R.S.!
