MARS International welcomed eleven new operators in February.
Fred Becht (FL) worked at Walt Disney World before discovering MARS. He looks forward to growing a profitable business and enjoys swimming, golfing and coin collecting. Fred and wife Maise have a daughter, Christene (27) and a son, Bo (26).
Mike Boudreau (OH) is a recent college graduate entering his MARS business. He is looking forward to building a profitable business. Born and raised in his service area, he is a huge motorcycle enthusiast and graduated in 22007 from University of Toledo.
Anthony Carlisle (TX) previous owned his own detailing business. He is looking forward to growing his MARS business as part of Karl Brown’s team. He enjoys basketball and racquetball. Anthony and wife Alicia are expecting their first child in June.
Matt Hayes (TX) previous worked for an industrial hose supply company. Matt is joining Jason Owens’ team as a PDR specialist. He enjoys watching sports and riding his motorcycle and is a Texas native.
Auvie Kincer (AL) was an executive in machinery sales. He wants to grow his business to include a team and enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. Auvie enjoys working outside, doing handyman projects. A Texas native, Auvie is married to Yung.
Dale Kowalski (GA) was in technology sales to Fortune 1000 companies prior to MARS. He is planning to generate high revenue by capturing his local market. He enjoys food, wine, travel, reading, technology and fitness and is married to Sheila.
Patrick McLaughlin (AR) was in car sales before joining MARS. He is relocating from Kentucky to and wants to grow a profitable business. Patrick and wife Angela have two sons, Tristan (7) and Dalton (5).
David Miller (TN) worked in the computer industry prior to MARS. He looks forward to growing a team in his metro area. A Tennesee native, he enjoys golf and is married to Lisa, with one son, Joseph (14).
Nick Roehm (GA) worked in construction prior to MARS. He wants to build his single man operation keeping things simple. Nick loves electronics, hunting and fishing. He and wife Leslie have a daughter Miranda (5) and are expecting baby Madelyn in March.
David Schooley (TX) was in retail management prior to joining Jason Owens team. He eventually wants to have a profitable business and eventually become a Director of Area Development. David enjoys fishing, volleyball, and other outdoor activities.
Steve Setter (IA) was an executive with a transportation company prior to MARS. Steve hopes to eventually add employees and expand into the retail market. An Iowa native, Steve enjoys golf, gardening and spending time with wife Stephanie, and kids Allie (14),Mickey (8), and Libby (3).
