Violanti,
Florida
; Don Symons,
Florida
; and Al Homola,
South Dakota
, have successfully completed the required
training and are now certified MARS
Operators.
Our
new MARS Operators received their
certificates in a graduation lunch ceremony
hosted by MARS in
Arlington
,
Tex.
on

Don Symons (FL) was the vice president
of the western corridor for PSI Net Canada
before accepting the position of Director of
Area Development for MARS. Don has a son,
Ryan.
Ted Violanti (FL) was a truck driver
deciding to join MARS. He aspires to develop
into a Director of Area Development
position, or eventually become a full
Owner/Operator. Ted has children with ages
ranging from 11 to 21 years-old.
Al
Homola (SD) was a police officer and a field
training officer prior to joining MARS. He
initially wants to concentrate on perfecting
his skills and grow his customer base. He
anticipates growing into a multi-man team
and being a very successful MARS Operator.
Al has the support of his wife Tessa, and
their three young children.
