WEDDING BELLS AT MARS: MARS President Jayson Jones
and wife Christina were honored with a formal Wedding
Reception at Arlington's Hilton Hotel on
September 11, 2004. They were married earlier in July
23, 2004, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A host of friends and family
joined Jayson and Christina Jones at a formal Wedding
Reception at the Hilton Hotel on September 11, 2004.
FORMAL WEDDING ATTIRE

Jayson and Christina (Williams/Sparks), who were married
in July 2004, in Las Vegas, Nevada, were persuaded to
once again don their wedding attire as they presided over
"his and hers" wedding cakes, hors de oeuvres
and champagne toasts. The bride was dressed in a formal
floor length wedding gown. Jayson was garbed in a traditional
wedding tuxedo.
The' MARS family' was well represented at the event, with
the Corporation staff enjoying the food, DJ, music and
dancing. They joined friends from Jayson's hockey teams
and a large number of family members from the Jones, Williams/Sparks
and Bowers families.
A highlight of the wedding was the 'first dance' in which
Jayson and Christina danced while Ashley, Christina's
(and NOW Jayson's) 10-year-old daughter sang. The couple's
younger daughter, Bailey (5) was also in attendance.
JULY WEDDING
Jayson and Christina were married July 23, in Las Vegas,
Nevada. "I was determined to get married in a formal
gown," laughs Christina, "and to keep it from
getting crushed we carried it on board in a large clothes
bag. We had quite an adventure hauling that dress around
from airport to airport. But it was worth it!"
David and Judy Jones hosted the reception, and Judy told
us: "We were so thrilled when Jayson and Christina
surprised us with the news of their Las Vegas wedding!
This reception means a lot to us, as all the family and
friends get the share the joy of the marriage."
David added, "This is great! I have two new beautiful
ready-made granddaughters!"
In celebration of their marriage, Jayson and Christina
recently purchased a new home in South Arlington. |
