WE can improve the appearance of all automobiles everywhere by utilizing our proven appearance restoration, cosmetic blemish repair and enhancement services.
WE will provide convenient access through the high volume retailers that consumers frequently visit.
WE will accomplish this mission by recruiting, training and equipping the industry's finest professionals and supporting them to advance both their skills and their careers.

MARS is experiencing a phenomenal growth rate," says MARS President Jayson Jones. "In order to provide the continuing high quality of training and service, we are expanding our facilities and training schedules".

DOUBLING THE NUMBER OF CLASSES
  "The demand for the MARS opportunity is so great that we are doubling the number of classes to be held each month. This means that we are prepared to start four new Trainees every week."

EXPANDED ENROLLMENT LEADS TO EXPANDED FACILITIES: MARS recently added 3,000 square feet to its instructional space, to enhance training for its increased enrollment of Trainees.
SMALL, SEPARATE CLASSES
  "As I am also the Director of Training, I determined to maintain the established high level of instruction, despite the growth in numbers," Jones continues. "For that reason, we decided that we would not 'mix' or blend the students from a new weekly startup with the students already in place. Instead, the new students are provided separate classes with separate instructors".
NEW INSTRUCTOR, NEW TRAINING SCHEDULE
  "As a result, we have developed an entirely new training schedule," says Jones, "carefully assigning instructors so that their talents are most advantageously used.
"We also have been fortunate to obtain the services of our part-time instructor, Steve Joplin, on a full-time status; Steve has great talent in Color Theory, paint and dying. With four full-time instructors, we can provide maximum attention to each new trainee, while training more new Operators each month."
Executive Vice President Donovan Hall concurs: "With no less than one experienced trainer to every two students, we can provide the highest quality instruction and hands-on training to our Operators."

REAL LIFE
  "Our training program has traditionally provided a hands-on experience for each student, in a real world setting, using actual vehicles," continues Jones. "That was our challenge in planning this new expansion program.
  
"All of us agreed that each student have maximum attention from instructors, while continuing that 'real world of work' experience, always working and training on real automobiles as much as possible in learning all our Systems.
EXPANDED TRAINING LEADS TO EXPANDED FACILITY
   "It was really this expansion in the number of trainees which led to the development of the new training addition," says Jones.
  "We already had ten thousand square interior feet. These ten thousand square feet contain classrooms, training bays, offices, break rooms and amenities rooms. There are also training bays outside the facility.

Part of the additional 3,000 square feet includes internal bays.

"Now, we've added the extra three thousand feet to make sure that our students remain comfortable, as they learn and work, and that our quality of instruction will not be lowered, but enhanced.
TRAINING VIDEOS
"MARS produced thirteen excellent training videos this year," adds Donovan Hall. "In conjunction with this new expansion, we are using those to enhance the lectures and hands-on training our Trainees experience.
  "We are also placing training videos on our secure Operators website to allow all Operators to download and review current training information on all our Systems. This is a great reference tool which will allow all Operators to continue the highest quality service in our industry."
