Allan Kelsey
President
Allan Kelsey has been with M.A.R.S. International as an Owner / Operator since 2000. Prior to that, he was the Marketing Director for I-Catch, Inc, an innovative indoor advertising display company in Lincoln, Nebraska. He has also worked as an Account Manager for a pharmaceutical research company and was the Managing Director of a pharmaceutical supply company. He was born and went to grade school in Johannesburg South Africa. Mr. Kelsey attended the University of South Africa and the University of Nebraska and achieved his degree in Business Communications/Marketing. He is a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, World Masters Swimming Record holder (2006) and has an active passion for cars and automobile racing particularly Formula One. |

David Jones
Director of National Development
David Jones has held this position since October 1998. David Jones was president of Mobile Auto Restoration Service International, Inc. from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Jones is the primary Recruiter for the M.A.R.S. International.
Training Institute and the founder of the company. David’s ‘father’ figure among all our business associates has earned him tremendous respect. He continues to play a vital role in the ongoing evolution and success of MARS and has more energy than many folks half his age. The automotive industry experience David brings to MARS International, provides helpful insight
as MARS develops in tomorrow. |

Jayson D. Jones
Chief Training Officer
Mr. Jones has held this position since September l998. Jayson was also MARS International, Inc. President from September 1998 until October 2005. Having been around at the company’s inception Jayson brings invaluable experience to the business.
His empathetic style and willingness to listen, make his contribution in the Training department essential. His curious drive to discover what is new and better, keeps our business at the pioneering edge of our industry. Jayson is a recognized expert in the field of cosmetic appearance reconditioning and can teach every course in the MARS Curriculum. |

Scott Newcomer
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Newcomer joined MARS in 2006. A Texas native, Scott graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980 with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Management. Scott and his wife of 29 years, Jo Anne, have three childred, and are active in the community with Meals on Wheels and other programs to help the elderly and the needy in the Dallas – Fort Worth metroplex. Scott enjoys fishing in the Gulf of Mexico, motorcycle riding in the Texas Hill Country, and scuba diving off the coast. His ‘laid back’ approach to life and his responsible nature, help him deal well, with the rigors of accounting in a Franchise with over 400 Franchisees.

David Arp
Executive Vice President of Recruiting
Mr. Arp has held this position since June, 2008. David co-founded MARS in 1992 with David Jones and served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing until 1999 when he left the company to join and later manage a large full-cycle recruiting agency in the DFW area. In July, 2006 David re-joined MARS as Senior Recruiter and was later promoted to Director of Recruiting. David’s breadth of recruiting management experience across two decades along with his Ph.D. studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology give him a unique advantage in developing recruiting strategies that generate successful employees and franchisees for the MARS brand. |

Chris Waters
Director of Training
Mr. Waters has been a MARS Certified trainer since August, 1998. Prior to that he spent 2 years as a window tint installer in the Dallas, Texas area. Chris was hired and trained by Jayson Jones to teach all 33 courses at the MARS International Training Institute. He oversees all the training content as well as the schedules and is responsible for the ensuring our Trainees get the quality of Training our Texas Certified Career school is known for. Chris is a 10 year veteran in the field of cosmetic appearance reconditioning and was recognized by the MARS operators as Trainer of the Year in 2000. |

Mike Harrington
MARS Certified Trainer
As a result of fairly rapid growth, Mr. Harrington was invited to join MARS in early 2007. He left a maintenance
Supervisory position at a local Hospital and is a friendly and valuable member of the MARS Training Team.
Mike trains on 25 of the 33 courses and was personally instructed by Jayson Jones (Chief Training Officer).
His ‘Master of many trades’ experience is very helpful in our industry that needs service evolution that thinks out of the box. Mike is the newest addition to the training staff and has quickly become a valued member of the team. |
